I can honestly say that I read FIERY and I liked it. That book alone gives this bunch it's 4. There were parts I was a little squinty-eyed over:

'They'd been friends for twelve years, yet Rhea was also her boss. Even if being around Quade left Eve tongue-tied, she wouldn't go against her boss's wishes.'
Ok... Stop at 'friends for twelve years'. Anyone in their right mind would be able to tell, right there, that Rhea is trying to get Eve to fall in with Quade. Rhea knows Eve likes him but is too shy to do anything about it. As best friends, it's painfully obvious, to me anyway, that that is what Rhea is doing.  And as best friends, Eve shouldn't be afraid to say anything. I imagine, then, that Rhea would then joke and push her to go lock herself in a closet with Quade.

Quade, like any person (not even man) wanting to stay in the company of someone else, is very good at small talk, even though it makes Eve slightly uncomfortable.

I felt that their story was quick and too the point... unbelievably so, but it was cute regardless.

I do still have to read FLARE... But I think that I'll like it, from the bits I've skimmed.

And then there's FLASH.

I am NOT an M/M reader. But curiosity certainly got to me and I skimmed parts, fully read others... Gotta say it was intriguing... even though it's not my cup of tea to read. However, Lynn writes it (all of it...) well.
